Night Sight Finland

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions apply to all courses, competitions, demonstrations, and events organized by Night Sight Finland (“the Company”, “we”, “us”).

By registering, attending, or participating in any of our activities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Registration & Participation

  • Participation may require prior registration or invitation.

  • The Company reserves the right to accept or decline participants at its discretion.

  • Participants must comply with all instructions given by organizers and instructors.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Participants must:

  • Meet any stated age requirements

  • Be physically and mentally capable of safe participation

  • Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during activities

Additional requirements may apply depending on the course or event.

4. Safety & Compliance

  • All participants must strictly follow safety instructions at all times.

  • Activities may involve specialized equipment, including night vision systems and firearms-related training.

  • Any unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without compensation.

5. Equipment

  • Participants may use company-provided equipment or approved personal equipment.

  • The Company is not responsible for damage, loss, or misuse of personal equipment.

6. Liability

  • Participation is at your own risk.

  • The Company is not liable for:

    • Injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions

    • Loss or damage of personal property

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to cases of gross negligence.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Behave respectfully toward staff and other participants

  • Follow all event rules and guidelines

  • Refrain from disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.

8. Photography & Media

  • Photography and recording may be restricted in certain areas or situations.

  • By participating, you consent to the possible use of photos or videos for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Event Changes & Cancellations

  • The Company reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events due to:

    • Safety concerns

    • Technical issues

    • Force majeure (events beyond our control)

In such cases, alternative arrangements may be offered when possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All training materials, content, and methods used during courses remain the intellectual property of Night Sight Finland and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

11. Insurance

Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

The Company maintains applicable insurance as required by Finnish law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Finnish courts.
